"Someone accidentally hit my car, so I had to do the whole go through their insurance and get it fixed thing. I felt really grateful to have Terrance on my side. He gave me a free quote and took a lot of time to explain how it works. (He's a talker. Lol) Unfortunately there's a parts shortage so Terrance had to repair instead of replace but he did a great job. You can't tell at all and all my sensors and back up cameras work great (I was worried about that since the wreck messed them all up). Best part is he worked with the insurance company when the price was different than the quote due to the parts issue and needing sensors replaced so i didn't have to go back and forth with them. I hope not to need him anytime soon but I would definitely use him again."
